Out of Hours Service
For emergency consultations outside of normal hours, when the surgery is closed, please telephone your surgery on the contact numbers listed above, and follow the instructions provided on the answer phone. You will be put in touch with a duty professional via the Out of Hours service. Alternatively you can contact the Out of Hours service directly on 111
The out-of-hours service includes advice and reassurance over the phone or, if the doctor decides it necessary, arrangements will be made to see the patient.

The Phoenix Centre is open between 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
The Walk In Centre, based at Parkfield Road, Wolverhampton, offers on-the-spot treatment (without an appointment) and advice for minor health problems, illness, ailments and injuries. You are able to ‘walk in’ during the centre’s opening hours.

From the 1st of April 2016 Out Of Hours Centre ( previously at Phoenix Centre) / Walk in Centre (previously Showell Park Centre ) has now moved to the ;
Urgent Care Centre based at 1st Floor Emergency Department at New Cross Hospital.
